I really hate some cyclists

This morning – a fairly clear road and the traffic lights change to red to stop the traffic, the green man started up so I go to cross the road and am nearly mown down by a middle aged male cyclist moving at some speed, ignoringbthe lights. I pointed out that the red light applied to him, whereupon he unleashed a torrent of abuse at ME! What the £&@@ did I think I was doing crossing the road, did I have parents etc etc?

I’m sorry – I clearly misunderstood the traffic signals. I was in the wrong, and I humbly apologize to all cyclists. You obviously have right of way over everybody else at all times.

I also deeply regret expressing the hope that this particular pony-tailed git wrapped it around a tree at his earliest convenience before he kills someone.
