I’ve given it a little time so that I can calm down, but it hasn’t helped that much…..

I would like to drink a toast to the cynical bastards that manage South Eastern Trains. These wossnames did bugger all to help their customers on Monday 2nd February and Tuesday 3rd. The information on their website was rubbish, and wrong, and they let us all down big-time.

I hope their shareholders are happy. They’ve screwed their most loyal customers – those with season tickets – by refusing to refund their fares for Monday.

I gave up on the Monday, but heartened by the web site which said there was a half-hourly service on the Hayes line, I trudged through the snow to the station to find it shut. No trains. And is it any wonder when you look over the bridge and see this.

How, pray, do you run trains which rely on the third rail for their pick up on rails you can’t actually see? And how can you claim on your website that you are?
PATHETIC
